Mr. Too is currently pursuing PhD in Environmental Engineering at the University of Nairobi and holds MSc Water and Environmental engineering and a B.Sc. Degree in Environmental and Bio Systems Engineering from the same institution. He is graduate engineer with the Engineering board Kenya (EBK) and a graduate member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He is a registered Lead EIA Expert with NEMA. He has acquired vast experience in Water Resources engineer /Environmentalist based on his wide experience in water resource management, environmental conservation, mitigation, education and management.
