Mr. Ogao is a Finalist in MSc. Civil Engineering degree, holds a BSc. Environmental Engineering both from the University of Nairobi and is BSc. Civil Engineering degree from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He is graduate Civil engineer with the Engineering board Kenya (EBK) and A graduate member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He also holds a certificate in Cobblestone Paving Technology from Kiwanja Youth Polytechnic and PBC Training on Roads from the Kenya Institute of Highways and Building Technology(KIHBT). Ogao has over ten (10) years of experience in design and construction management of various Engineering Projects. He has worked with various organizations including Log Associates, Samez Consulting engineers, Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) and Bhundia Associates Consulting engineers in diverse capacities. He recently attended a Technical Training Workshop for Contractors organized by NCA at KICC, Nairobi. He has wealthy of experience in project design, Construction Supervision and Contract management
